Watermoor Point in Cirencester has recently launched a new larger co-work suite. Whilst co-work space is often regarded as for sole traders, our newly launched space is so big it’s perfect for teams too.

Whilst teams are often drawn to their own private office, there are some significant advantages to teams choosing to work from our large airy co-work suites.

Case studies

Studio Farra, an interior design firm, chose Watermoor Point’s co-work space due to affordability and the fact that we are dog friendly. Winnie the Labrador is often found sleeping under their desk.

Short Story Ventures invests capital, creativity and connections to turn ideas into businesses. The owner, Danny, chose co-work as he likes working alongside other businesses. Plus has the ability to add additional desks when he recruits apprentices and new members of staff.

NAPC already have a private office at Watermoor Point, but they like to break out into the co-work space on a regular basis. A change in working environment helps keep the team energised and focussed.

Our co-work space has lots of secure lockers where you can store valuables and files.

Meeting rooms

For those important meetings and one to ones we currently have 4 meeting rooms available. These can be easily booked on our online portal. Available by the hour.

Break-out spaces

We have a wide range of break-out spaces. The business lounge is full of comfy armchairs and standing desks for. Our grounds have picnic benches available (see if you can spot our resident heron! Plus many more sofas and armchairs in communal stairwells and corridors.

Sense of community

Co-working spaces promote collaboration and networking. By working alongside other professionals and entrepreneurs, your team members can share ideas, learn from one another, and collaborate on projects. The open-concept layout of co-working spaces encourages interaction, making it easier for teams to connect and work together.
