How it works
Three simple steps
- 1
Tell us who to talk to
Fill in the referral form with your details and theirs. Referrals must be made on the official form and cannot be added retrospectively.
- 2
We look after them
We will reach out, show them around, and find the right office, co-warehousing unit or co-work desk for their business.
- 3
You earn the reward
Once they sign and their first payment clears, your reward is on its way, as vouchers or as credit on your account.
What you can earn
- £500 for each new serviced office or co-warehousing unit
- £50 for each new dedicated co-work desk
- Paid in vouchers, or as credit on your account if you are a member
- No limit on how many businesses you can refer
Rewards apply to new office, co-warehousing and co-work desk contracts with a minimum term of 12 months for offices and units, and 3 months for dedicated desks. They do not include meeting room or storage referrals. The reward is payable once signed terms and a licence are in place and the first payment has cleared.
