Trinity Road: history reimagined as workspace

Our co-working desks sit inside one of Cirencester's most characterful buildings. Trinity Road dates back to 1837 and has served the town for nearly two centuries, first as Watermoor Hospital, later as the council offices, and today as a bright, flexible workspace managed by Watermoor Point.

The conversion kept the building's original character, Cotswold stone, tall windows and a soaring central atrium, paired with modern desks, fast WiFi and proper breakout space. Alongside the hot and dedicated co-work desks, a handful of private offices are available here too.

Common questions about co-working

What is the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk?

A hot desk gives you unlimited weekday access (08:00 to 18:00) to any free desk in the co-work room — pick one each day. A dedicated desk is your own permanent spot, 24/7, that you can leave kit on overnight.

How fast is the WiFi?

Co-work members share a guest network fed by the same 1GB dedicated leased line as the offices, distributed over OM4 fibre. Plenty of headroom for video calls, big uploads and everyday work.

Is there parking?

Yes — 210 free parking spaces, on a first-come-first-served basis, plus paid EV chargers and covered secure bike parking. Showers are available if you cycle in.

What is included in the price?

WiFi, all utilities, free tea and coffee, filtered water, kitchen facilities, the business lounge, smart access via Paxton fob, and a slice of the Watermoor Point community. Lockers are available on the dedicated desk plan.

Can I have visitors and clients?

Yes. Meet them in the business lounge, take a stroll in the riverside parkland, or book one of the four meeting rooms by the hour.

How do I sign up?

Get in touch via the enquiry form, give us a call on 01285 42 42 42, or drop in for a coffee and a tour. We can usually get you set up within a few days.
