Following Mitsubishi Motors’ decision to discontinue vehicle sales in Europe, their headquarters building was acquired by Watermoor Point.

This transition necessitated a new base for Mitsubishis’ Aftersales operations, now a division of International Motors (IM), known as Mitsubishi Aftersales Parts and Service (IM MAPS). Electing to establish their operations at Watermoor Point, IM MAPS found an environment that resonates with their sustainable ethos.

Notably, nearly half of our team members drive electric vehicles, and the building’s use of sensor-controlled LED lighting in communal spaces further underscores our shared dedication to environmental responsibility.”
