What sizes do you offer?

Anything from a 35 sqft walk-in box up to 10,000+ sqft of warehouse space, plus indoor self-storage rooms and lock-up garages in between. Easy to scale up or down as your business changes.

Do you have lock-up garages to rent?

Yes. Secure lock-up garages with drive-up access are available on site, ideal for tradespeople, overflow stock and bulky equipment. They sit alongside our indoor storage rooms and walk-in boxes, all behind ANPR barriers with 24/7 CCTV.

How quickly can I move in?

Warehouse space is usually available within 24 hours. Self-storage rooms, lock-up garages and walk-in boxes are typically same-day once paperwork is signed.

Can someone help with loading and forklifts?

Yes. We offer forklift services with qualified drivers on a time-charged basis, bookable with 24 hours notice. Shared pallet trucks and trolleys are free to use, with appropriate training evidence.

Is the site secure?

Yes. ANPR barriers on entry and exit, Paxton smart-lock access on every door, gates that auto-close at 18:00, and 24/7 CCTV across the estate. Members hold individual fobs.

What are the access hours?

The warehouse is accessible 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays for security reasons. If you need out-of-hours access, talk to the management team — it can often be arranged.

What can I store?

Most business stock and equipment is fine. We are not able to store food for commercial use, hazardous or flammable materials, firearms, tyres or lithium batteries — full list of restrictions on enquiry.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes — your contents remain your responsibility, so you will need contents and (if relevant) public liability insurance. Watermoor Point does not insure stored goods.

How does waste work for warehouse members?

Each warehouse unit includes the equivalent of one 240-litre wheelie bin emptied weekly, on our zero-to-landfill service. Bespoke arrangements available if you generate more.
