Common questions about meeting rooms
How many meeting rooms are there, and how big?
Four meeting rooms, sized for 4, 12 and 20 people. Ideal for client meetings, team off-sites, interviews, training sessions and away-days.
How do I book a meeting room?
Book online by the hour through our booking portal. Door access codes are sent to you on confirmation, so you can let yourself in on the day.
What is included in the room hire?
Fast WiFi, a smart TV for presentations, free filtered water, parking and full use of the business lounge and cafe. Premium coffee and snacks are available from the on-site cafe.
Is there parking?
Yes — 210 free spaces on site, plus EV chargers. Cirencester town centre is a ten-minute walk away if you would rather come on foot.
Are walk-ins or last-minute bookings possible?
Same-day bookings are usually fine if a room is free — the portal shows live availability. For peace of mind we recommend booking ahead.
Do you cater?
The on-site cafe serves hot and cold food weekday mornings and lunchtimes, and there is a premium coffee machine using beans from local roasters available all day.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule more than 5 days ahead at no charge. Within 5 days, a 50% fee applies. Within 48 hours, or no-shows, the full booking fee is charged. Payment is collected after the booking, so any applicable fee is invoiced then. Stuck? Just call 01285 42 42 42 and we will help.
