Watermoor Point is home to over 100 businesses, spread across serviced offices, co-working desks and co-warehousing units on six acres of parkland in the heart of Cirencester. It is the kind of place where you can run a global operation or take your very first office, and feel equally at home.
What makes it work is the mix. Professional services sit alongside tech firms, makers, e-commerce and fulfilment businesses, trades and even a gymnastics club. What kinds of businesses are based at Watermoor Point?
A real mix, from sole traders and fast-growing start-ups to established national names. Professional services, technology, e-commerce and fulfilment, trades, creative studios, fitness and more all share the site, which makes for a genuinely varied and supportive community.
Will I get to know the other businesses?
As much as you like. The on-site cafe, breakout lounge, shared spaces and parkland make it easy to meet people, and we host regular get-togethers. Plenty of members tell us they have found customers, suppliers and friends among their neighbours.
Can my business grow without moving out?
Yes. Many members start with a co-work desk or a small office and move into larger offices or co-warehousing units as they grow, all on flexible terms. You can scale up or down without leaving the community you have built.
How do I join the community?
Book a tour and come and see the place. We will show you around, introduce you to the team, and help you find the space that fits. Tours run on weekdays between 8am and 6pm.
